About Us

Why "Beacon" Church?

In years gone by, down Becconsall Lane, there stood a beacon.
The beacon would be a guiding light for weary travellers from both land and sea, it stood as a light in the dark.

At The Beacon Church, we believe this is a beautiful picture of the gospel.
Our heart is to hold up Jesus – the true light of the world, so that many might come to find the true hope found in Him.

Just as the old beacon shone across the land, we want Christ to shine so that weary souls can find rest and salvation in Him.

We would LOVE to welcome you!

Our services start at 4:00pm …but arrive earlier for a brew!

We are a church, so expect the usual – we pray, we sing (a lot!), we read and hear from the Bible and we also have weekly communion.

Beacon Kids is our children’s teaching and activities which is ran during the service.

A creche is available for babies, toddlers and preschoolers and a separate group for primary school aged children.

We are a small but growing church and will always do our best to accommodate new comers and make all feel welcome – why not pay us a visit?!
